FACE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Welcome to a unique facial yoga programme and teacher training.
Join me on an in-depth journey of exploring the face, its anatomy, movement, breath, and connection with the nervous system. For me, facial yoga means much more than techniques for achieving a more beautiful and youthful appearance. An important part of the practice involves conscious work with the facial muscles, releasing tension, breathing, touch, and developing greater body awareness.
In this training, I combine traditional approaches with knowledge of anatomy and a modern understanding of the body. Particular emphasis is placed on the facial muscles, structures of the head, glands, breathing, and the connection between the facial area, the nervous system, and the vagus nerve.
TRAINING PROGRAMME
The programme consists of 6 individual sessions, held exclusively online and scheduled by prior arrangement.
You will learn about:
- the foundations of yoga and selected aspects of yogic philosophy,
- the history and development of facial yoga,
- the anatomy of the face and an in-depth understanding of the facial muscles,
- the function and connections of structures in the head area,
- the connection between the face, breathing, relaxation, and the nervous system,
- the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine in relation to the face,
- the fundamental principles and techniques of facial yoga,
- the correct and precise execution of exercises,
- safe ways of guiding and assisting participants,
- adapting exercises to the individual.
During the final session, you will put your knowledge into practice and independently lead a facial yoga session. The training is conducted individually, allowing me to provide each participant with in-depth attention and specific guidance in both learning and teaching.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion, confirming the knowledge and competence you have acquired to teach facial yoga. You are also welcome to attend the training if you do not intend to teach facial yoga but simply wish to deepen your knowledge and develop your own personal practice.
