FACE YOGA COURSE FOR PERSONAL PRACTICE
Dear ladies and gentlemen, welcome to visit the facial yoga course at the most established yoga school in Slovenia, which offers facial yoga programs and courses for personal use as well as educational courses for teaching facial yoga. Based on 20 years of experience teaching yoga for the body, I have developed a unique program that also includes facial muscle stimulation. Yoga is a holistic practice of the body, so it is necessary to embrace the face as well. I have researched all the ancient facial yoga techniques and incorporated them into regular yoga practices, thus developing a unique program that I want to present to you as well. For me personally, face yoga means relaxation of the body, activation of the vagus nerve, calming of the sympathetic nervous system with extremely good effects on all the glands in the head and their proper secretion. It also means a better supply of the body with serotonin hormones and a generally better hormonal picture.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
In 3. meetings, you will learn about exercises that successfully eliminate wrinkles and stagnant lymph, improve eye sight, stimulate the gallbladder, spleen, liver, lungs, heart and kidneys, eliminate sagging skin on the neck and chin, and strengthen muscles around the jaw, especially if you have problems with cracking and grinding of the jaw bone. This is followed by exercises that eliminate wrinkles between the eyebrows, lift the upper eyelids and strengthen the eye muscles, stimulate the small and large intestines, remove dark spots around the eyes and dark circles, as they stimulate stagnant lymph. You will learn to perform exercises that rejuvenate and lift the face, strengthen the cheekbones, lengthen the corners of the lips, prevent sagging skin on the chin and give volume to the upper lip and cheekbones, and are designed to strengthen the reproductive organs and the uterus. Then there are exercises that stimulate the adrenal gland, the bladder and the glands in the head and brain, improve concentration, calm the mental contents, which reduce the production of thoughts, quiet the mind as they calm the central nervous system. We also learn about exercises that increase blood circulation around the eyes. Each of you will have mentor support during your education through the whats up program. Which means that you will be able to check with me every day if you are doing the exercises correctly.
