Join the most fun children's yoga for children, full of laughter and playfulness, relaxation and sincerity. Yoga for children is a form of yoga designed specifically for children. It includes asanas that have the effect of increasing strength, mobility and coordination. Children's yoga is a form of yoga that introduces yoga to children in a fun way. It includes practicing asanas, which we name in a creative way, we play a lot, we practice breathing, we also meditate for a few minutes. Children's yoga has many benefits, which have been proven to have a positive effect on a child's healthy development, we improve memory and thereby also affect academic success. Children who practice children's yoga are much calmer, focused and collected, and already at an early age they become familiar with spirituality as well as with the philosophy of yoga. Suitable for children from 7 to 14 years old, it is currently held individually, as this is the only way we can focus on a child who has attention disorders or any health problems.
