MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA - ONE DAY COURSE
The meditation program is the fruit of my many years of work on individual yoga practices and understanding the human being as a whole. Here we will take with us only one map that will guide and accompany us on the way, as important as life itself and that is our own BREATH! This same breath will lead us into a state of pure meditation. The practice is modified for any possible health problem and is suitable for complete beginners who would like to learn the basics of meditation and yogic breathing or pranayama.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
In the 1st meeting or one full day between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (free for lunch in between) you will learn how to meditate properly, what are the benefits of meditation on the body. You will learn all the important techniques of correct yogic breathing and get to know the hidden pranayama used by a well-known meditation spiritual teacher, which can be used to achieve high states of samadhi and enlightenment. We will learn all about the health anatomy of the breath and important chapters on optimal breathing. You will learn what Bandhas and Kumbhakas we use in yoga, and why we hold our breath, if you are struggling with anxiety disorders, this will be even more useful for you, because you will learn how to redirect your breath and calm the sympathetic nervous system, which is active in a stressful or anxious moment.

The course is suitable for everyone, even if you are not a yoga teacher. If you ever attend a yoga teacher's course (300 hours), you will be credited for one full day of training!
