PILATES


In the 2023 season, we are also introducing Pilates exercises according to the Stott method.

Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body in a balanced way, while having a key focus on the deep core muscles. Improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

Pilates is a special type of exercise for strengthening body muscles. They were invented by Joseph Hubert Pilates, who first called this exercise Contrology, because the muscles are supposed to be controlled with the help of the mind when performing the exercises.
