PRENATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
You are invited to the training, which is intended for yoga teachers and all other practitioners who would like to expand their knowledge and get additional training for independent management of exercises for pregnant women. Upon successful completion of the pregnancy yoga teacher training course, you will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance of America (requires prior completion of the 200 or 300 hour basic yoga teacher training course).
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
The program consists of a 4 sessions between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. exclusively for those who are already certified yoga teachers. Anyone who is an experienced yoga practitioner and does not teach classical hatha yoga can also attend the training, provided that you have enough personal practice, which is also checked before the start of the training.
We will embark on a journey of research and learning all the techniques needed to independently lead yoga for pregnant women. The program consists of understanding the psychological aspects that take place during pregnancy, you will learn about all the common diseases that can plague pregnant women, so you will be able to adapt the practice to each of them. It therefore includes yoga techniques such as learning exercises for each trimester, relaxation techniques, proper breathing and preparation for childbirth. You will receive enough knowledge to be able to lead yoga classes for pregnant women in a safe way.

If the education is interrupted in between, we do not refund tuition fees.
