HATHA YOGA
It is traditional Hatha yoga. An easier and medium-demanding practice, with meditation techniques, the emphasis is on complete relaxation of the body and mind, suitable for people who face anxiety disorders, depression, need peace, relaxation after hard work. Yoga practice includes the dynamic aspect of using all the asanas, in different versions, we use asanas that are not everyday, which allows us to enter deeper into parts of the body with body asanas and in this way really expand the space in the body and thus open and free ourselves.
